Instructions for use
Please carefully read the installation and usage guide before use to obtain the correct installation method and quick operation. 3.1 Preparation work before installation
1. Open the packaging box and check if the equipment model is correct and if the accessories are complete. Otherwise, please contact your dealer;
2. SIM card selection, the terminal needs to insert a standard SIM card, select the supported operator's SIM card.
3. Installation of SIM card: Based on the type of SIM card slot on the device, confirm the direction of the SIM card and place it correctly.
Attention:
⑴ Before installing or removing the SIM card, please cut off the power supply to the terminal;
⑵ The terminal SIM card needs to have internet connectivity enabled;
⑶ The pickup function needs to enable the caller ID display function (choose whether to enable or not according to the customer's needs);
⑷ If your SIM card has been enabled and requires the input of a SIM PIN, please refer to your phone's user manual to turn off the input of a SIM PIN function;
⑸ Please ensure that the terminal SIM card has a fee.
3.2 Installation
The recommended installation method for the terminal is concealed installation, and it is recommended that the terminal installation be carried out by a professional organization.
Please note the following:
1. Concealed installation, pay attention to waterproofing;
2. Avoid placing it together with the transmission source, such as reversing radar, anti-theft devices, and other onboard communication devices;
3. The device is equipped with GSM and GPRS antennas, and during installation, it should be ensured that the GPS receiver is facing upwards (facing the sky) and there is no battery metal shielding above.
Suggested installation location:
⑴The concealed area inside the decorative frame below the front windshield of the car;
⑵Concealed areas around the front dashboard of the car (with a non-metallic surface);
⑶Under the decorative panel below the rear windshield of a car;
⑷Inside the car door or center pillar;
⑸Concealed areas inside the dashboard or under the rear seat of electric vehicles/motorcycles.
4.0 Steps for Proper Use of Products
Installation → Power on → Settings → Registration
Installation: When installing, the GPS antenna should face the sky, and above the installation position, there must be no electromagnetic wave absorbing substances (such as metal, explosion-proof insulation film) blocking the area.
Power on: Install the SIM card in the correct direction, connect the wires according to the terminal wiring diagram, and then turn on the power switch.
